Off the clock, I'm always looking to improve my skills on the chef's block and talking myself out of buying overpriced 90's Japanese cars. High paced efficiency is my forte, so when you call me you'll have your issue resolved so fast, you'll swear I was never on your computer.
Hi, my name is Alex. I was born and raised in Hawaii, but moved to California to pursue a modeling career. Even though I wasn't pretty enough to be a model, I fell in love with IT. I joined the Relion team about a year ago, and it's been a lot of fun because solving issues feels like solving a puzzle. Remote IT Services in my previous work experiences has always felt a bit disconnected and i even felt reluctant to ask for help at times.The guys at Relion are the best, we've gotten to know them well and all have been onsite when ever needed, even for something as little as setting up a new PC.Big or small Relion will treat you like you are client #1

The above and beyond service Relion provides is definitely unmatched. We've had technical difficulties anywhere from 5am to 10pm and we've always been able to get a hold of someone. I cannot even tell you the last time we have been down or offline. I am sure almost all companies can agree, losing all or any data would be catastrophic so there is always a comfort in knowing ours is in good hands.
